Choose annual or monthly billing

Enter the amount you are actually billed and select its billing cycle. For a $120 annual charge, enter $120 and choose Yearly; the calculator converts it to $10 per month. Do not divide by twelve yourself and then select Yearly.

Choose annual only after the service has been a weekly row for at least two months. A discount on an unused service is still a large single charge.

Monthly is the better default for tools you are still testing and for video services tied to one season.

If you switch to annual, record the renewal date and the provider’s cancellation deadline. Set a reminder early enough to cancel before that deadline if you do not want another year, and confirm the terms for access and refunds.
